To use it. You need to irrigate the sinuses while you stand over the sink. Squirt the solution into one nostril while you tilt your head. You can see the mucus coming out of the other nostril.

Repeat this, with both nostrils. It helps in flushing out all the bacteria and irritants from the nose that cause irritation.

5- Warm and Cold Compress

A warm and cold compress is a very helpful remedy when it comes to sinus infections. You can fix your blocked sinuses by using hot and warm compress easily at home.

To do that, you can lay back and take a warm compress and drape it across your nose, forehead, and cheeks. Di it for at least 3 minutes. Then remove the warm compress and replace it with the cold compress for at least 30 seconds.

You can repeat this two to three times unless you start to feel better. It is best to use this technique two to six times each day.
